Finding the balance after suffering trauma to your body can be very stressful. You don't always know what is going to happen and it is hard to tell when you are ready to get back into your usual routine. Backed by current research, we have designed this program with the intention that you won't have to stress your body even more to achieve the results you want. In fact, you will learn that pain is your body's way of saying "please do this differently or not at all - I am hurting for a reason!".
Trust us, we know what it is like. Cassy has dealt with jaw and head pain so bad she could not eat, and she still worked her tail feathers off! I have had 2 back surgeries and before the surgeries I was walking with a cane, then a walker, then crutches. I was moving around however I could. I have also been diagnosed with ADHD which really does not help the healing process at all, so I do these things everyday to keep myself on track:
walk (only as far as my body allows)
meditate (breathing helps to burn fat cells; fat is made up of
pelvic floor exercises
Standing exercises if it hurts too much to get onto the floor.
